Aline Sandlin Williamson of Van Buren, AR passed away April 23, 2014. Born August 27, 1929 in Talihina, Oklahoma, she was a strong and vibrant woman that lived a full and varied life.
A lover of nature, Aline preferred being outside with her beloved Boston Terriers, Belle and Bobby to just about anywhere. She was an avid reader and crossword puzzler, who never met a stranger.

Aline is preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Max Bacon and her husband of 52 years, Cecil C. Williamson. She is survived by two sisters: Neoma O’Daniel of Talihina, OK, and Sue Fry, Poteau, OK and her children: Deloris Carnahan of San Antonio, TX; Cynthia Jackson of North Little Rock, AR; Terry Baker of Jonesboro, AR; Melinda Neumann of Panama City, FL; Michael Williamson of Tulsa, OK; and Bill Williamson of Austin, TX; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren (with a 9th on the way).

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, on Monday, April 28th, 2014 at Fort Smith National Cemetery, Fort Smith, AR.
