Amy Harper died in a tragic car accident at the age of 34. She graduated from Shafter High School in 1998 and received a bachelors degree in psychology from York College in Nebraska in 2003. She worked as a case manager for clients with disabilities at Mentor Community Agency for the Disabled, in Bakersfield, California. She moved to the rural Pettis County in 2011, and worked for the Houstonia Elementary School in the special education department, as a Teachers Aide and a Substitute Teacher. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Blackwater, Missouri.She enjoyed scrapbooking, crafts, country music, and going to the Beach. She was survived by her parents, Adrianne (Phillips) Booth and Gordon Booth, of Nelson, Missouri, her husband, of 3 years, Aaron Harper, two daughters, Analyse and Avalyn, two brothers, Nick Booth of Nelson, Missouri, and Chris Booth of Bakersfield, California.
