FOX --- George T., 58, died suddenly at 8:30 p.m. Thursday at his home, 604 South Haven Road. He was stationary engineer for the Knoxville Utilities Board at the water plant. He had been there for 26 years.

Survived by: wife, Mrs. Irene Fox; one son, James Harold Fox; one daughter, Mrs. H.E. Cunningham Jr.; five brothers, W.E., James W., Andy, L.J., and Claude Fox, all of Knoxville; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Swatzell of Birmingham, Alabama.

He was a member of the South Knoxville Baptist Church. The body will remain at Berry's.
