The funeral of John K. Bisel, 85 years old, Union veteran, who died at the home of his son-in-law, William Lee, at Narrows Park, Sunday morning, took place at 9 o'clock this
morning from St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial was made in the Church cemetery. The pallbearers were Leo Dressman,
Anthony Dressman, Joseph Schoenadel, Jerome J. Helmsetter, John Hershberger and Frank Cresap. Members of Tyler Post. No. 5, Grand Army of the Republic attended. Commander Samuel S. Warnick conducted the ritual of the Grand Army at the grave.
