Near Clarion, October 31st, Mrs. Mary K. Hartman, wife of Aaron Hartman, aged 35 years 6 months and 25 days.(same issue) One of the saddest deaths that have occurred in this vicinity for some time past was that of Mrs. Aaron Hartman, of Clarion township on last Friday. Deceased was a lady of quiet demeanor, greatly attached to her home and family and held in high esteem by all her neighbors and friends. Her illness covered a period of several weeks. She was 36 years of age and leaves besides a sorrowing husband, seven motherless children, the eldest being but fifteen years old and the youngest a babe of six weeks. Her remains were taken to Churchville on Monday and laid to rest in the Reformed cemetery, the services being conducted by Rev. D. B. Lady. In this time of their great need the bereaved husband and motherless children need the hearty sympathy of all.
