Beal, Charles A., 78, of Tampa, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (Dec. 6, 1998)at University Community Hospital, Tampa. Born in Cannonsburg, Pa., he came here in 1963 from Accokeek, Md.,and ,moved to Tampa in 1997. He was a maintenance man for a trailer park in St Petersburg and was a member of Idlewild Baptist Church. Survivors include two sisters, Elizabeth A Beers, of Boynton Beach, and Ethel M Young , of Brandywine, Md.; and many nieces and nephews.
