Edgar Andrew Blystone, 18 of Edmon, Pa., was killed in a mine accident at the Leechburg Mining Company's Brownstown mine yesterday, July 26, at 3:30 p.m.
Born Nov. 14, 1929, in Conemaugh Township, Indiana County, he was a son of Calvin Everett and Bertha Emily (Kelly) Blystone.
He was a member of the UMWA No. 6274 at Avonmore. He attended Elders Ridge High School.

He is survived by his parents, one brother, James Andrew, at home, and two sisters, Grace Cora and Martha Belle both at home.
His maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kelly, Saltsburg RD1 and his paternal grandmother is Mrs. Cora Blystone, Edmon.
