Elizabeth A. Woodard, 44, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Wesley Health Center in Auburn, Indiana.
She was born on January 2, 1970 in Terre Haute, Indiana the daughter of David Lee Woodard and Martha Elizabeth (Price) Woodard. Elizabeth was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; Max and Lena Parker Woodard and maternal grandparents; "Jack" Junior and Margaret Walker Price
Survivors include her parents and two sisters Andrea (Bryan) Lutz of Sullivan and Nicole Woodard of Terre Haute, Indiana. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, April 25, 2014 at Banks and Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Bishop Robert Warren Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Friday, April 25, 2014.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
