Carol J Heldman, 74, of Mt. Cory, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014, at her residence. Carol was born on February 29, 1940 to Harold and Clair (Martin) Kline. In 1964 Carol married Terry Greer and he preceded her in death. In 1979 she married Gerald Heldman and they have shared 35 years together. Carol was a loving mother, wife, grandma, and sister. She enjoyed making blankets and bracelets which she often gave to her family. Carol enjoyed flowers and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Jenera. Her large family will greatly miss her, and she will forever be loved and never forgotten.
Carol is survived by her husband; children, Anna Ball, of Findlay, Kelly Cunningham, of Rawson, Ladonna Greer, of Mt. Cory, Terry and Tony Greer of Arlington, and Kevin Greer, of Columbus; 6 step-children; many grand and great-grandchildren; and 13 brothers and sisters. Carol was preceded in death by two sons, Darren Greer and Terry Lynn Greer; son-in-law, Mark Ball; and a daughter-in-law, Amy Greer.
Friends and Family may visit Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A funeral service will be held on Friday, at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church (Jenera) with a time of visitation one hour prior (9:30-10:30) to the funeral with Rev. Alois Schmitzer III officiating. Burial will follow the service in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
