Charlotte Faye Whittington Goode, 64, of Montgomery died July 30, 2011. She was born Dec. 29, 1946 in Smithers and was the daughter of the late L. T. "Pete" and Grace Oldaker Whittington. She was also preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Frank Goode, and her brothers Bert, Herman, Tommy, Bobby and Charlie. She was a faithful member of the Oakland Church of God and a former employee of G.C. Murphy's in Montgomery and Valley Ambulance Service. Surviving are her daughters, Amy Tabit and her husband, Chris, of Boomer and Penny Harmon and her husband, Timmy, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sister, Drema Stewart and her husband, Short, of Leon; grandson and "Nana's little man," Michael Tabit; numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Betty Jo Whittington; and special friends, Bob and Susan Burdett, Kathy Whitley and Larry Carl Pennington.
