By the death of Mr. William Lowe, Charlottetown has lost one of its old landmarks, one who has left many landmarks behind, him in the shape of well-built houses. Mr. Lowe was at one time the first house carpenter of the town, and was employed in the erection of many of the finest buildings. In recent years he has devoted his attention to the care of one of the largest and finest gardens in the Province. A good citizen has passed away."
