Laura Beth Sanchez, 29, passed away peacefully on 2/10/2010. Laura had struggled the last few years with medical problems. She leaves behind her son Ryan, 13, siblings Paul Kolb and Kevin Knox of Lodi, Scott Knox of Idaho and Rebecca and Michael Flesch of Manteca. She was born in Mountain View, CA on 6/10/1980. She grew up in Manteca where she attended local schools. Laura worked in property management for several years in Lodi. Laura was preceded in death by her father, Michael Kolb, grandparents Melvin and Cynthia Larson of Manteca and Gerald Kolb of Grass Valley. Laura will be missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. Friends are invited for visitation on Thursday, February 25, 2010, from 1 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Lodi Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, 1:00 P.M. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 1540 W. Lodi Ave., Lodi. Interment will follow at Lodi Memorial Cemetery.
