James Raymond McMains of Rialto, born in Cherokee Nationa, Indian Territory, Oklahoma, lived in San Bernardino County for 40 years, died Thursday at Big Bear Lake at the age of 74. He was a retired iron worker, a member of Elks Lodge No. 1787 in Big Bear and a Protestant. Survivors include his wife, rae, a brother, John E. of Grand Prairie, Texas and two sisters, Thelma Dickenson of Hemet and Reba Templeton of San Jacinto. Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Monday at the Mark B. Shaw Memorial Chapel with burial in Montecito Memorial Park.
