He is survived by his wife, Marion Bell of Santa Cruz; a daughter, Mrs. Steve Duffy; and a grandson, both of Pleasonton.
Private interment will be at Greenacres Cemetery in Bellingham, Wash. Local arrangements are under the direction of Norman's Family Chapel, 3620 Soquel Drive, Soquel.
