George W. Snow of Springfield, S.D., well known in this vicinity, died recently at his home in Springfield.
Mr. Snow was a prominent businessman and figured to a large extent in the politics of his state and community. Earlier in life, he was a member of the state legislature several terms. At one time he was Lieutenant Governor.
He owned several farms in Knox county, Nebraska, as well as in his own state. He was 86 years of age at the time of his death.
