Patricia A. "Patsy" Dill, 52, of Rural Valley, died Monday, June 20, 2011, in Allegheny General Hospital. She was born July 17, 1958, in Kittanning, a daughter of the late Charles S. Dill and Constance (Sefton) Dill. She was a member of Droopy Basset Hound Rescue of Western Pennsylvania. She worked as a project engineer for Westinghouse in Blairsville. Surviving are her mother, Connie Dill, of Kittanning; brother, Russell C. Dill and wife, Bonnie, of Ford City; nephew, Merrill Dill, of Ford City; niece, Holly Dill, of Ford City; and friend, Carol Sharp, of Rural Valley. She was preceded in death by her father. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2011, in East Liberty Presbyterian Church, 116 S. Highland Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
