Born on May 26, 1920, to Louis and Georgina (Thomson) Bone of Grass Valley, California, Helen passed away in Sacramento on January 2, 2008. Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a wonderful friend to many.
Helen is survived by her husband of 68 years, Roy, sons Gary (Bonnie) and David (Elaine), daughter Jan (Ken), nephew James (Anne) Bone, grandchildren Steven
(Stacy) Craig, Heather Stratton, Gregory (Alisha) LundtChaix, Bryan Chaix, Lyndsey Chaix and Chanda Chaix, fi ve great-grandchildren and numerous extended family
members and lifelong friends, all of whom will miss her very much.
In accordance with Helen?s wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service, but family and friends are invited to attend an open house at the home of Roy Chaix
on Saturday, January 12, 2008, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of fl owers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Friends of Vinh Son
Orphanage, P.O. Box 9322, Auburn, CA 95604, or any other organization of the donor?s choice.
