Fenters, Fred Ray, age 57, of Vandalia, passed away August 28 at his residence. He was a retired employee of General Motors, Veteran of the Korean Conflict, Member of Vandalia Lodge No. 742 and the Antioch Shrine. Preceded in death by 1 son, Thomas Ray in 1975. Survived by a daughter, Christina; 1 sister, Wanda Fuller and 1 brother, John. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Glenn Clauser officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Morton & Whetstone Funeral home, Vandalia.
