Aaron D. Rohrbaugh, 94, entered into God's eternal care on Wednesday evening, December 28, 2005, at the Homewood at Plum Creek Nursing Center. Aaron was the loving Husband of Mary C. (Warner) Rohrbaugh, who died October 16, 1985. Born March 16, 1911, in Brodbecks, he was the son of the late George W. and Sarah J. (Baugher) Rohrbaugh. Mr. Rohrbaugh was a member of St. Jacob's Stone United Church of Christ, Glenville, where he was the oldest living member. He was a farmer and mechanic. Aaron is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, James H. and Rebecca Rohrbaugh of Hanover; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Nancy L. Dickmyer of Spring Grove, Marlene A. and Patrick Henry of New Oxford, and Sandra A. and William Spangler of Spring Grove; 28 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; 40 great-great-grandchildren; and one brother and sister-in-law, Curvin L. and Dorothy Rohrbaugh of Glenville. He was preceded in death by three daughters, June I. Church, Virginia M. Sterner, and Frances M. Forbes; two sons-in-law, Noah Sterner and Edward Dickmyer; one granddaughter, Linda Church; and one brother, Lloyd Rohrbaugh. Funeral to celebrate and remember Aaron's life Saturday at St. Jacob's Stone United Church of Christ, Glenville, his pastor, Rev. Jason A. Leader, officiating.
