PAGE, Ariz. - Gertrude L. Bogue Boaz, 85, of Tempe, Ariz., and formerly of Spalding and Vandalia, died Monday, April 9, 2001, in Arizona.Funeral services will be at the Lutheran Church in Page, Ariz. Burial will be at Skull Valley, Ariz.Mrs. Boaz was born Aug. 2, 1915, in Middletown to Samuel and Cora Jane Rosson Bogue.She was married to Jack Boaz. He preceded her in death.Survivors include one daughter, Judy Boston of Page; two granddaughters, Deanne Butler and Carrie Pajunen of Tempe; three granddaughters, Heather, Tyler and Amber Butler, all of Tempe; one brother, Clarence Bogue of Hannibal; and two sisters, Grace Bogue of Mexico and Edith Gooch of Dove Creek, Colo. The family wishes to include as survivors: one son-in-law, Danny Boston of Page; one grandson-in-law, Kevin Butler of Tempe; and nine nephews and nieces, including Carl Krigbaum of Page, who lived with the Boaz family a number of years.She was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Bogue and Robert Bogue; and two sisters, Viva Krigbaum and Lillie Krigbaum.
