Orville Dwain Fridrich, son of Joe and Rosie Klaumann Fridrich was born near Cuba, Kan., March 23, 1907 and died at his home at Agenda, May 23, 1971 at the age of 64 years and 2 months.

At a very young age, his family moved to Anton, Colo., where they resided on a farm and where he attended school. After being employed for some time in the surrounding area in Colorado, he moved back to Kansas.

He was united in marriage to Mary Lillian Shancy Huncovsky February 23, 1937 at Concordia. To this union one daughter was born.

He spent nearly all his married life at Agenda. He moved his family back to Anton for about three years in 1960. They then moved back to Agenda.

Preceding him in death were his mother; two brothers, Virgil of Anton and Cecil of the home; one granddaughter, Verlene Jarrett, who died in infancy.

Surviving are: his wife; one daughter, Arvilla Mae and husband, Gene Bartak of Munden; two step-daughter Marjorie Jarrett and Irene Dulin; his father of Anton; brother, Nevin and wife, Alice of Anton; one sister, Grace Snell of Colorado Springs; nine grandchildren.
