Charles W. Prettyman, of the Rockville bar, died Thursday night at his home in Rockville, aged 46 years. Pernicious anemia, of which he had been ill for more than a year, was the cause of death. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rose V. Prettyman, attorney. He was brother of Rev. Forrest J. Prettyman, of Knoxville, Tenn., formerly chaplain of the Unites States Senate. The funeral will take place at 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon from the family residence, burial to be in Rockville Union cemetery.
