PAUL MOBLEY, 72, of Tampa died Monday in Tampa. A native of Glen St. Mary, he moved to Tampa in 1952 from there. He was a machinist, an Army veteran of World War II and member of General Assembly Pentecostal Church. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; two sons, Michael of Tampa and Fred of Seffner; three daughters, Gloria Nelson of Lutz, Louise Knight of Tampa and Pauline Rathmann of California; two stepsons, Silas Hampton of Plant City and Edwin Hampton of Brandon; three stepdaughters, Kathy Douglas of Valdosta, Ga., Beverly Horne of Lithia and Edwina Adcock; a brother, Charlie Mobley of Florida; two sisters, Effie Sloan and Flora Lee Bishop, both of Florida; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Garden of Memories-Myrtle Hill Funeral Home, Tampa.
