Amos LeMasters, 54, of 130 23rd St. Bellaire was pronounced dead on arrival at the City Hospital Thursday afternoon after suffering and apparent heart attack while attending a funeral. He was an employed of the Rodefer-Gleason Glass Co. He was born in Bellaire, Feb 1, 1910 a son of the late Delbert and Cora Young LeMasters and was a member of the South Bellaire Methodist Church. He was a World War II veteran, a member of the Bellaire DAV and Neffs American Legion.

Surviving are his widow Effie Decker LeMasters, two sons, Delbert, Woodsfield Ohio and (Amos) James, Bellaire, 2 brothers and 7 sisters, Wilford, Cleveland OH, Fred Beech City, Ohio, Mrs. Virginia Bennington, Mrs. Luella Ticarich both of Bellaire, Mrs. Waneda Beam, Sunnyside WA, Mrs. Effie Rawson, Toronto. Mrs. Cora Evans, CA, Mrs. Catherine Zenrich, Cleveland and Mrs. Lota Stumps Columbus and four grandchildren.

Friends maycall after 6pm tonight at the Walter C Bauknecht and Son Funeral Home Bellaire. Services will be conducted Sunday at 2pm with Rev. Paul Haering and Rev. Scott George officiating. Full Military services will be conducted. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery, Bellaire.
