CloAnn Barney, 57, our beloved, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, passed away peacefully at her home on January 5, 2014. She was born August 8, 1956 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Bruce and Madonna Biesinger. Married Peter Mikalauski in 1977, later divorced. Married Donald O. Barney December 6, 2008 in the Salt Lake Temple. CloAnn enjoyed acting,singing and dancing. She was tenderhearted and always concerned about the less fortunate. She volunteered at a homeless shelter, and with Hurricane Katrina victims. When she accepted an assignment or a job, she put 100% of her energy into it. She enjoyed working at First Security Bank as an Assistant Manager in the Sugar House and Cottonwood branches. She really enjoyed serving in the Jordan River Temple. She also loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Preceded in death by her sweet loving daughter, Chandra Kay Mikalauski, and her most loving mother, Madonna Biesinger. CloAnn is survived by her husband, Don; son, Tremayne (Tiffany) Mikalauski; daughter, Celeste (John) Elkins; and grandchildren, Caitlyn, John, Austyn, and Valencia. She is also survived by her father, Bruce Biesinger; brother, Flint Biesinger; sister, Jan Severson; and foster sister, Arlene Sloan. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 9, at 1:00 p.m. at the Rose Creek Crossing Ward, 12691 South 3600 West, Riverton, where there will be a viewing from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
