Funeral services for Bertha M "Bert" Corley, 72, of Cadiz will be conducted on Feb. 24, 1999, at 2 pm at the Goodwin Funeral Home.
The Rev. Bill Meador will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Trigg Memory Acres.
Mrs. Corley died on Feb. 21 at her home of natural causes.
Mrs. Corley was born Aug. 15, 1926, in Kincaid, Ill. She was the daughter of the late Ray and Pearl Roach Sallade.
Mrs. Corley was a machine operator for Rand McNally Book Binding Company. She was a member of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and William Sallade; and a sister, Elsie Sallade.
Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Carl Corley; a brother, Merle Sallade of Taylorville, Ill.; a sister, Lois Kakol of Hammond, Ind.; three stepsons, Ray Corley of Columbus, Ohio, Duane Corley of Schererville, Ind., and Carl Corley Jr. of New Mexico; a stepdaughter, Carla Sue Phelps of Sheridan, Ind.; seven step grandchildren and two step great children.
Music was provided by Mae Perdue, organist.
