Jacqueline Ann Puckett Moore was born on May 9, 1951 in Charleston, Missouri to the union of the late William and Catherine Puckett. She was one of nine children. She passed away peacefully on April 9, 2014.

Jacqueline's family moved to Chicago, IL in 1952. The family eventually settled on the South Side of Chicago where Jacqueline graduated from Dunbar High School and Robert Morris Business College.

Jacqueline accepted Christ at an early age. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Kenosha, WI, under the leadership of the late Pastor Olen Arrington, Jr.

Jacqueline was united in holy matrimony to the love of her life George W. Moore on September 22, 1984. To this union one son was born, Kyle W. Moore. They eventually settled and made a loving home together in Zion, IL.

Jacqueline was employed with the Supreme life Insurance Company, the Equitable Insurance Company, and the Baxter Corporation (Gene Therapy Division) from which she took an early retirement.

Jacqueline was devoted and lovingly supportive of her entire family. She was an amazingly strong woman. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling. Through God's grace she fought the good fight of faith. Her sweet joyful spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. We will truly miss her.

Jacqueline leaves to cherish her loving memories and carry on her warm spirit: her soul mate and faithful husband, George W. Moore; devoted son, Kyle W. Moore; one step-daughter, Toya Henderson of Raytown, MO; two sisters, June (Tommy) Sinkfield of Kenosha, WI and Frances Hunter of Zion, IL; two brothers, William L.
