Bennie Leslie Anderson of Bloomfield route four died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 2, 1972. Born March 23, 1900 in Center Township,Greene County, Indiana he was the son of George and Martha Jane Bays Anderson. The deceased was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Walter Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a builder by trade.

Surviving are the wife, Fannie Louise McMurry Anderson; two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Fern (Ed) Watkins of Bloomington route 9, and Mrs. Barbara Jean (John) Parkes of Bloomfield route four; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Ethel Johnson, Mrs. Della Burch, Mrs. Bonnie Sparks and Mrs. Estella Bough all of Bloomington, Mrs. Flora Campbell and Mrs. Elva Poole, both of Linton; and one brother, Thomas Anderson of Indianapolis.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Cincinnati Christian Church with the Rev. Claude Casada officiating. Burial will be in the Ridgeport Cemetery.
