He was raised there and attended school in Galena. Brian spent most of his working life as a carpenter in the Joplin area.
Survivors include; his mother, Mildred Burris, Nevada; one sister, Carole Niles of the home; one brother, Tom Niles, Nevada; one niece, Lavaunna Rose Walker of the home, and 3 step-children, J.D. Cobb, T.J. Cobb, and A.J. Cobb all of Baxter Springs, KS.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2014 at the Moundville Cemetery in Moundville. Friends may call now and until the hour of service at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
