from the Sac City Community
School in 1944.
Fern married Allan L. Johnsen on
June 28, 1944 at the Baptist Church in
Sac City. They lived in Sac City; rural
Newell, Alta and again in Newell where
Fern worked for the Alta Creamery, the
Methodist Manor and the U. S. D. A.,
retiring on Feb. 1, 1992.
Hobbies that Fern enjoyed were refinishing
antique furniture and doing
crossword puzzles.
Preceding her in death were her
parents, three infant grandsons, two
brothers, Lawrence and Paul Larson.
