Mrs. Anna Frances Abbott Flanagan, age 80, of San Juan Capistrano, California and formerly of Madison, Indiana, entered this life on February 22, 1934 in Trimble County, Kentucky. She was the loving daughter of the late, Elmer and Bessie Reece Abbott. She was raised in the Milton Community and was a graduate of Milton High School. Anna was a graduate of the House of James Beauty College and later taught there as well. She was united in marriage to Lendon G. Flanagan, Sr. She had owned and operated Ann' Beauty Village in Madison for several years. Anna began a career with United Parcel Service and retired after 25 years of service. She had resided in California since 1974 and was a member and greeter of Saddleback Church. Anna enjoyed creating porcelain dolls, painting and being with her family. Anna died on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at 9:15 a.m. at the Atria Senior Living in San Juan Capistrano, California.

A LOVING FAMILY
Anna will be missed by her loving son, Lendon G. Flanagan, Jr. of New York, New York; her loving daughters, Vickie Lynn Pineda and her husband, Ken of San Juan Capistrano, California, April Quintana and her husband, Ryan of Orange County, California; her grandchildren, Lindsay, Chelsea, Aubrey and Keller; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Adrian, Lenna and newborn Herrera; her loving brother, Terry Abbott and his wife, Vickie of Hanover, Indiana; her loving sisters, Hazel Stamper and her husband, Kelly of Lexington, Indiana, Lois Boulton and her companion, Tommy Day of Madison, Indiana, Brenda Beverly and her husband, Jerry of Bedford, Kentucky; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Bessie Reece Abbott; her brothers, Allen Joe Abbott, died Feb. 2, 1941; Bennie Elmer "Curley" Abbott died, Nov. 2, 2012; her nieces, Tina Abbott and Pamela Ehrnreiter.

FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 19, 2014, at 1:00 p.m., by Pastor Scott Kollman at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Bedford I.O.O. F. Cemetery in Bedford, Kentucky

VISITATION
Friends may call Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
