Mr. Fred W. Webb Sr. of Gresimar, Louisiana, died Friday, April 11, 2014, at his home; following a courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Webb was the son of the late Gordon Webb Sr. and Louise Webb.
Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents; his beloved wife: Sybil (Echeverria) Webb; and 1 brother: Gordon Webb Jr.
He is survived by his daughter Wendy (Webb) Kling and her husband: Myron "Tut"; 3 sons: Frederick "Wayne" Webb Jr., Ward Webb and his wife: Nita (Boudreaux) Webb, and Gordon "Andy" Webb III and his wife: Michelle; 1 sister: Margaret (Webb) Williams and her husband: Jack; 11 grandchildren:Jalayne Kling Templet and her husband: Justin, Jana Kling, Megan, Webb, Frederick Webb III, Theodore Webb, Jaci Marix, Julie Hitt and her husband: Scott, Dru Webb, Mia Webb, Logan Webb, Sarah Eastridge, Brennen Eastridge; 6 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many dear friends.
Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon, April 14, 2014, at Ourso Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ken Spivey officiated the services. He was laid to rest at Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Logan Webb, Joshua Williams, Kenn Webb, Justin Templet, Troy Tircuit, Troy Johnson, Jody Kelly, Blanchard Braud, Barry Blair, Al Retif, Alton Daigle, and Sidney Palermo.
