Neil J. Muldoon , 82, of 880 Middle Road, town of Scriba, died Monday at Oswego Hospital.
Born in Oswego, he was a life resident of the area. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Mr. Muldoon was a graduate of the Rochester Business Institute. Before he retired in 1979, he was a group leader with the Oswego Castings Co.
He was a communicant of St. Mary's Church and a member of the Oswego Elks Lodge and the American Legion.
Surviving are his wife, the former Hazel Glassford; a son, Daniel of Scriba; a brother, Charles of Liverpool; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in St. Mary's Church. Burial is in St. Peter's Cemetery.
