Golden Beal Peay, 88, passed away May 20, 1995.

Born September 27, 1906, in Provo, Utah, to George Barns and Zella Beal Peay. Married Estella Johnson November 23, 1927, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She preceded him in death March 18, 1985.

High priest in the 34th LDS Ward of the Riverside Stake. Thirty-eight years in law enforcement, including Pleasant Grove Chief of Police and as a Utah State conservation officer.

Survivors: daughter, Doris Anderson of Farmington; sons, Wayne Peay of Lindon, Utah; Marvin Peay of Apple Vally, Utah; Don Peay of Farmington; Jaren Peay of Twin Falls; Roger Peay of Cedar City; sisters, Mary Jacobs and Emily Royal; brother, Harold Peay; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services Wednesday, May 24, 1995, 2 p.m., Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, where friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday, one hour prior to the service. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
