Patty J. Reiheld, 79 of Diamond passed away Friday January 31, 2014 at her residence. She was born September 30, 1934 in Barberton, Ohio to the late John and Elizabeth (Cornwell) Gaugler. Patty had worked as a computer data manager and has been a residence of Diamond since 1977. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, her brother John Thomas Gaugler and her niece Kathleen. Survivors include her sister Doris J. Burdeshaw of Akron, sister-in-law, Donna Gaugler of Akron, her step siblings Tom (Jackie) Ink, Patty Hinson, Carol Witwer all of Akron. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews Denise, Michelle, Jon, Scott, Vicki, Jack, Cynthia, five step children, and many great & great great nieces and nephews . Calling hours will be from 1PM until time of funeral services at 2 PM Wednesday February 5, 2014 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date in Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery Rittman, Ohio. A Special Thanks to the Crossroads Hospice and Homestead Caregivers. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr, Green, OH 44685.
