She was born on February 9, 1962 in Burke County and was the daughter of the late Billy Joe and Maude Crowder Singleton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister; Francis Singleton.
She was employed with Baxter Manufacturing of Marion for 27 years in the filling department. She was a member of the Christ Baptist Church of Spruce Pine and she found her greatest enjoyment while spending time with her grandchildren and working with flowers.
Donna Sullins leaves behind her husband; Dean Sullins of Spruce Pine, her daughter; Kala Nicole Sullins and fiancé Tony Beaver of Spruce Pine, granddaughters; Jaylon Sullins, Brylee Beaver and Remington Beaver of Spruce Pine, godson; Walker Geouge of Burnsville, best friend; Christina Geouge of Burnsville, a special friend; Danny Masincupp of Morganton, brothers; Darryl, Joey, Frankie and Bobby Singleton, and her sister; Tina Lowery.

Billy Ledford officiating. Graveside services and interment will follow at the Sullins Branch Cemetery.
