Annabell Dean Winkler-Stewart , 74, of Newport, died at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas.
She was retired from St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.
Survivors include a son, Danny Winkler of Newport; daughters, Gail Fields of Florence, Bonnie Winkler of Ryland Heights, Taleesa K. Smith of Cincinnati, Lori Stewart of Newport; and sisters, Laura Stern and Ruby Kerns, both of Cincinnati.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Bernard Church, Dayton. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Newport. Prayers will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.
