Frank W. McIntosh, 79, of Billings, passed away early Thursday morning, April 10, 2014.

He was born Feb. 19, 1935, to George and Barbara McIntosh in Forsyth.

He was the oldest of three boys. The family moved to Billings when he was about 12 years old.

He graduated from Billings Central High in 1953 then served in the army.

Upon his return to Billings he met the love of his life, Josephine Kessler.

They married on April 19, 1958. They had four children, Arnie (Linda), CJ (Dave), Valerie, and Daryl (Vicki), all of Billings.

He worked for the Exxon refinery for 18 years. In 1973 he started his own business, Frank's Welding and Machine, which he operated until his retirement in 1996.

He and his wife then spent 12 years traveling in their motor home. This was the best time of their lives.

He is survived by his wife, Josie; their four children; eight grandchildren, Kayla, Crystal, Jessica, Samantha, Courtney, Vicki Jo, Heather and Scott; 14 great-grandchildren; and his special four-legged friend, Sparkums. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life is planned for a later date.
