CLEMENT LEONARD BAUMBACH, 74, passed away December 21, 2005. Clement was born August 22, 1931 in Fayetteville, Texas to the late Lee Roy Baumbach and Adela Polasek. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and served during the Korean War and was employed by the US Postal Service for 34 years. In addition, Clement was a member of the Sons of Hermann and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Rita; brother, Elmond and wife Gloria; children, Gary, Sr. and wife Sarah, Diane Reul and husband George; Katherine Chandler and husband John, Sr., David Kirby and wife Denise; Twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be Friday, December 23, 2005 from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service at 2:00 P.M. at Earthman-Hunters Creek, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston. Cremation to follow along with private inurnment at Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
