In the 1790 census Simeon and Fanny have 3 sons under 16....all of their sons are born before 1790. Benjamin is believed to be the oldest and born about 1787. Cornelius says he is 52 in his declaration for his fathers pension but the 1790 census shows all 3 boys are born before 1790, so he is born by 1790 at the latest. James should be born 1788-1789.
