Kimberly Ann Beatty, 47, of Bethlehem, entered eternal life on Friday, September 14, 2012, while in the care of The Cancer Treatment Center of America in Philadelphia and her family. She was the beloved companion of Steve deMello.

Born in Missouri, she received a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1995. Later she worked for the Electric Power Research Institute and then the software development company Neuco Inc., where she was the national sales manager. She was of the Lutheran faith.

Survivors: in addition to her companion Steve, she is also survived by her son, Brandon D. Beatty of Buffalo Grove Illinois; daughter, Maribeth R. Beatty of Bethlehem; former husband David B. Beatty also of Buffalo Grove Illinois, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

Services: Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 in the Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of services. Interment will be in Bethlehem Memorial Park.
