Survivors include his wife Essie, Burns Flat; two daughters Judy Tuck and husband George, Dill City; Lynette Hendrix, Oklahoma City; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren; a brother James Hendrix and wife Wanita, Burns Flat; and a sister Nancy Cox, Choctaw.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Lora and Bonnie and a brother Bricen.
Services were May 18, 2004 at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Burns Flat.
