Kathleen A. Osborne, 66, of Fulton died Wednesday in the Oswego Hospital. Mrs. Osborne was born in Rome the daughter of Agnes Reber of Rome and the late Albert Reber. She was the manager of Tops Friendly Markets in Fulton and Auburn. Mrs. Osborne enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, and her time with her dogs Cooper and Maggie. Mrs. Osborne was predeceased by her husband Clyde Osborne and their sister Diana Schon. She is survived by her children Debra (Michelle King) Dixon of Durhamville, NY, Todd Osborn of Liverpool, her mother Agnes Reber of Rome, stepsons Shawn Osborne of Fulton, Wesley Osborne of Fulton, siblings Thomas (Alison) Reber of Fulton, Donald (Gail) Reber of Sherrill, Elaine Kerfien of Fulton, Albert (Holly) Reber of Camden. Mrs. Osborne was the loving grandmother to her grandchildren Jacob and Elizabeth Osborn, Karlee and Taylor Nichols, and Nicholas Osborn and Cassie Osborn and her great grandchildren Harper and Izabella. In addition she is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday 11:00 a.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home 224 W. 2nd. St. S. Fulton.
