Died December 13th, 2005 at her home in Portland, OR where she lived with her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Christine Holloway.
Thelma, a native Californian grew up as Thelma June Hughes in West Sacramento and after the end of WWII, she met and married Patrick D. Holloway. Together they worked, she in the meat packing industry and he as a truck driver.
Thelma retired from Corties market in South Sacramento. Without a question she will be missed. Her thoughtfulness, kindness and humor were second to none.
Thelma is survived by her sons, Patrick of Jacksonville FL and Michael of Portland, OR, 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Thelma will be laid to rest with her husband Patrick in San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery and at her request no services will be conducted.
