Mrs. Bailey was born May 28, 1934, in the Town of Watson, to the late Lysle G. and Antoinette DeGenaro Beach. She graduated from Central Commercial School, NYC in June of 1950 and was employed as a secretary/bookkeeper. On September 18, 1954, "Anne" was married to Clayton Bailey at Holy Rosary Church in New York City. The couple traveled through Bear Mountain on a short wedding trip and settled in Lowville until September of 1959, after which they moved their family to North Western.
Mrs. Bailey was a collector of everything and was a member of the Senior Citizens of the Town of Western.
She is survived by her husband Clayton Bailey and their children; her sister and her brother; eleven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and four brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law all of Lowville and several nieces and nephews..
