Mrs. Mary F. Schreiner, 73, 738 Highland, died Sunday at a Topeka hospital.

She was born Jan. 7, 1908 at St. Peter, Kan., the daughter of Joseph and Julianna Toepler Wasinger.

She lived in the Topeka community since 1936. Mrs. Schreiner was a member of Assumption Catholic Church.

She was married to Lawrence Schreiner May 17, 1927 at St. Peter. He survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Clarence Schreiner, 4349 Twilight Drive, Lee Schreiner, 5345 S.W. 58th, and Donald Schreiner, Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Reis, Hastings, Neb.; a brother Leonard Wasinger, WaKeeney; four sisters, Mrs. Kate Richmeier, WaKeeney, Mrs. Helen Barberri, Chicago, Mrs. Lidwina Herl, Quinter, and Mrs. Mille Walt, Grand Junction, Colo.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Assumption Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Schreiner will lie in state from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Brennan Funeral Home where parish rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
