Bonnie L. Jacobs, 91, of Pontiac, passed away at 4:04 p.m. Wednesday (April 2, 2014) at Tjardes Health Care Center at Evenglow Lodge, Pontiac.
She was born in Pontiac on Jan. 10, 1923, a daughter of David and Mary Elizabeth Snider Rich. She married Robert L. Jacobs in Chicago on Dec. 9, 1950. He preceded her in death on Dec. 7, 1986. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dale L Rich.
Surviving are one niece, Jan Rich Schneider; one sister-in-law, Harriet J. (Charles) Cochran; one great-nephew and four great-nieces.
She graduated from Pontiac High School and Illinois State University. She taught school in Oak Park for many years.
