Mark Cobb, 45, of Madisonville died Monday, April 23, 2007 in Bryan. Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Day Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Fort Parker Cemetery in Groesbeck. Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m.
Mark was born June 20, 1961 in Groesbeck to Calvin Deryl and Janice Schrader Cobb. He was a graduate of Madisonville High School. Mark was employed as a plumber. He was a youth minister and counselor at Shiloh Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dawn Cobb.
Survivors include his parents, Calvin Deryl Cobb Sr. and wife, Janice, of Madisonville; brothers, Calvin Deryl Cobb Jr. and wife, Sandy, of Conroe and Harlan Brian Cobb and wife, Diane, of Madisonville; sister, Carla Cobb Tidwell and husband, Daniel, of Madisonville, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
