EFFIE A. DEVINEY CLOW, 81, of N. McElroy Rd., widow of Wade F. Clow, died Monday in the Mansfield General Hospital. She born September 2, 1891 in Ashland County.
Surviving are two sons, Daughn D. and Wade R. Clow; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph M. Winkler and Mrs. Agnes L. Schooley; 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Katie Etzwiler, Mrs. Blanche McQuillen and Mrs. Edith Heffelfinger.
Funeral services will be held at the Wappner Funeral Home Thursday. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
