HOLLY SPRINGS Mary Ann Owens, 74, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2000, at Alliance Healthcare Systems in Holly Springs. She was born Aug. 2, 1926, in Marshall County to Robert Edward Feathers and Roxie Jane Rhea Feathers. She was a homemaker and a member of Holly Hill Baptist Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Frank Feathers and Bro. Bobby Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Holly Springs.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Eugene Owens of Holly Springs; one son, Richard Owens of Holly Springs; three daughters, Connie Campbell of Holly Springs, Kathy Nelms of Corinth and Margaret Culver of Waterford; one stepdaughter, Evie Jean Hunter of Holly Springs; three brothers, John Edward Feathers of Victoria, the Rev. Frank Feathers of Holly Springs and Oscar Feathers of Byhalia; five sisters, Pauline McCallum of Memphis, Margaret Holmes of Fulton, Gussie Sowell of Pontotoc, Bessie Shoffner of Red Banks and Donnie Drewry of Hamilton, Ala.; eight grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be George Campbell, Doug McCallum, Kenneth Feathers, Garland Holmes, Bubba Feathers and Clyde Feathers.
